For years my wife and I loved to cook delicious, interesting and healthy food sourced from our local farms. But we found it hard to find good wholesome food at restaurants. So in 2022 we set out to change that and started up our roaming kitchen! We're so excited to bring our vision to you and hope that you enjoy the food as much as our friends and family. We also care about our environment, so we only use compostable or recyclable packaging. Look for the green and blue bins outside our truck and pitch in.
As the seasons change, so will our menu. Our take on healthy and tasty food is always focused on seasonal, sustainable, community-sourced fruits, vegetables, grains and proteins. We deeply value our relationships with our local suppliers who help to bring you our unique spin on breakfast and lunch. But can healthy food also be yummy? ABSOLUTELY! Just give fresh, local food a try and taste the difference!
You can usually find us in and around the Cuyahoga Valley (our happy place) where we live and play. It's also heartwarming to be near the farms that we get our ingredients and inspiration from. But we are mobile so we can turn up almost anywhere. Our mission is to feed our Northeast Ohio communities nutritious, delicious and seasonal food by partnering with like-minded local farmers.
